NFA’s Regional Development Training (RDT) is an intense instructional training experience within a limited enrollment, small group format.  Every Quarterback will receive individual coaching attention unique to a small group setting with a high coach to player ratio. RDT Sessions are built on NFA's proven development model that accelerates understanding and execution of a Quarterback’s primary movements (mechanics for throwing motion and footwork) while helping them develop the ability to self-correct, not self-destruct under pressure. Working with NFA Certified coaches and learning "Self Correction" principles will give a Quarterback competitive advantage in preparation for the upcoming season.

Receivers will receive high rep and quality coaching from former NFL receiver and college coach Brandon Middleton.  From basics of route running, catching, proper technique of stance, footwork  and understanding how to read coverage from the line.  This instruction will elevate the receiver in his preparation for the coming season.

Athletes are placed into age and skill level appropriate small groups to work with NFA Certified Coachs and will be engaged after each repetition to demonstrate situational awareness, grasp of assignment, and mastery of technique.
